OPEN LETTER TO ALL CTBA MEMBERS

The BTBA rules of association state that a County association can only be associated with the BTBA if one or more adult sanctioned leagues are in operation within the County boundaries.

We need more sanctioned leagues, and

we need more BTBA members!

These will allow us to continue with the running of the CTBA, and hence will allow us to select and enter teams in the BTBA Inter Counties (Senior, Adult, YAC and YBC) Championships. Also, as a portion of your membership fee is returned to your County, the more BTBA members we have in Cheshire the more income we receive. This will allow us to provide more (or even some!) subsidy to players selected to play for Cheshire - We are currently so poor that adult and senior players selected to play for Cheshire have to pay for their own games!

The other BTBA membership and Sanctioned League benefits are all listed on the BTBA web site but include: free prize fund and travel insurance, free Go Tenpin, free honour score awards, honor score recognition etc etc.

The committee is graciously willing to accept help from any quarter, for example lobby your league on sanctioning. Please contact any member of the committee if you need help.

Regards

Terry Webb - Chairman CTBA
